Bengaluru FC Academy
BFC Academy is a fully-funded scholarship program to nurture the most promising young footballers in India. Our football academy offers two pathways. First, the Day Scholar program for Bengaluru-based players who attend school during the day and train in the evenings with BFC's licensed coaching staff at designated city centres. Second, the Residential Academy in Bellary for players from other states seeking the same high-quality football coaching in Bangalore in a residential setup. This residential setup allows players to live, train and study with full scholarship support.
Through structured training programmes and experienced coaches, players receive opportunities to grow while embracing the values of discipline, teamwork and excellence.

Seventeen BFC players have earned their first cap for Senior Indian National Team during their time at the club.

Rheanna Jacob
In May 2019, Rheanna joined BFC Soccer Schools as a total beginner. But just two months later, she was selected for the U10 Elite squad. And in two years, by 2021, she had made it to the BFC Girls Academy (proof of how quickly talent can grow with the right football academy). Since then, Rheanna’s achievements have only kicked off higher. She was the Best Player in the Sub Junior Nationals (Tier 2) in 2023, the Best Defender in the Junior Nationals (Tier 2), and the Best Player for the U15 BFC Girls Academy team in both 2023 and 2024. Today, she plays for the Karnataka Juniors state team, represents India at the U16 level, and is a key player in the BFC Girls team in the Karnataka Women’s League (KWL). So from a total beginner to a national-level footballer… Rheanna makes us incredibly proud. After all, she’s not just a rising football star, but a shining example of what’s possible with dedication and discipline.
